How do I add a user to Full Story?

Step by Step: Add a User or Developer to Full Story

Adding users and team members to your account can be a bit confusing, especially if you aren't familiar with Full Story. Follow these steps below to get the job done!

  1. After logging in to Full Story, navigate to Settings and then go to Account Management.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click on the blue Invite Users button at the top right corner.
  4. Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite. You can also invite in bulk by clicking the click here link above the Assign role field.
  5. Select the user role by selecting one of the options in the “assign role” drop-down menu. If you invite in bulk, all of the users will be assigned the selected role.
  6. Click Send Invitation. NOTE: if the team member is already added, you will get an error message.
